Birchbox Fun

I came across Birchbox after reading one of my favorite beauty blogs, The Small Things Blog, and learning about the products that came in the “monthly” Birchbox.

I thought about whether or not this would be something I should invest in. Usually, I spend at least $10 a month at CVS or Riteaid on a new lip color or eye shadows.

So… I decided to give it a shot since:

1. I can cancel at anytime

2. I get to try great products

3. I can purchase the products

4. It’d be a nice “pick-me-up” to receive a “monthly package” of goodies.

Without further ado, here is February’s Birchbox!

My favorite product of this month’s Birchbox is “theBalm cosemetics- Mary-Lou Manizer, three-in-one highlighter, shadow, and all-over shimmer.” It’s funny because I’ve been thinking about purchasing a highlighter- Don’t need to now. Andrew will be happy 😉

Since I’m on the topic of beauty products- going back to my Sephora post back in January; Out of the products I purchased, ~~I really like,~~ love the Smashbox High Definition Concealer and my Skinny Brush Wrap. I highly recommend both. What I love most about the concealer is its easy application! It so much easier to apply than any other concealer I’ve owned. The Skinny Brush Wrap has all the brushes you would need to apply your daily makeup! Plus, the brushes are super soft and don’t shed!
